
“This was the most fun I’d ever had on a video shoot. It’s a fun song about enjoying life and being with friends and we wanted to be as authentic as possible. I think we did just that,” says Rogers. “I had some of my best friends, my hometown bar and one of my great friend’s houses in the video. We just had a party and hit record.”
Throughout his career, Rogers has created a connection with his listeners through his emotionally gripping lyrics and unmistakable melodies. In 2018, he debuted the lyric video for his song “Britches” exclusively on the popular country music outlet, The Boot. He followed that with the release of his music video for the title track from his sophomore project, Richest Place On Earth, which was filmed by Emmy Award Winning production company Tytan Pictures in Matt’s hometown of Eatonton, GA. The release helped Matt gear up for his second appearance at CMA Fest where he performed on stages such as CMA’s Spotlight Stage, Maui Jim Hard Rock Stage and the legendary Wildhorse Saloon. He also met fans from across the world inside Fan Fair X where he signed autographs at the Durango Boots booth.
